Job description
Hiring: Senior Family Law Attorney (Remote in Virginia)! My client is a growing Fairfax based Family Law firm and they are looking to add an Attorney to their team!

Bonus Comp:
Origination bonus - 5% of revenue COLLECTED that was originated by the associate.
Quarterly bonus - 10% depending on performance metrics

Salary and Compensation :
Base salary ranges from $180,000 – $300,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidates.
