Job description
Essentia Grand Rapids Clinic seeks a Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care to individuals and families, collaborating with physicians and health care professionals. The NP will apply advanced assessment, promote health, and prevent disease across patient ages as described in the department.
The role is 0.8 FTE with a Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm schedule in Grand Rapids, MN and Deer River, MN.
