Setting: on-site clinic seeing employees and dependents ages 2+
Scope: primary care and occupational medicine
Dates: Aug 17 Oct 17
Schedule: M-F 3p-11p
Volume: 5-10 ppd
Support Staff: 1 RN
EMR: EPIC
Experience: 2+ years of NP experience
Requirements: Active MD license, DEA, BLS, DOT is a plus
