Family Medicine - Outpatient Opportunity
MercyOne Northeast Iowa - Waterloo/Cedar Falls
MercyOne Northeast Iowa is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join our collegial and growing team at the Bluebell Road Health Plaza . This is an outstanding outpatient-only opportunity in a modern, multi-specialty clinic known for delivering high-quality, innovative care.
Opportunity Highlights
Join a collaborative team of 5 physicians and 2 APPs
Outpatient-only, full-spectrum Family Medicine
Call: 1:8, phone only with nurse triage; no hospital call
Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance
Single clinic location; Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.
Opportunities for involvement in quality improvement and clinic leadership
Newly renovated, state-of-the-art facility
Onsite urgent care, lab, and imaging services
Participate in telehealth and digital health innovation initiatives

Compensation & Benefits
2-year income guarantee: $290,191 annually, plus production incentives and longevity bonuses
$150,000 bonus package
Moving allowance up to $15,000
Employer-paid malpractice and tail coverage

Two dental and two vision plan options with employer-shared premiums
Employer-paid short-term disability and optional low-cost long-term disability

Board Certified / Board Eligible
