Job description
SSM Health Dean Medical Group in Baraboo, Wisconsin, is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join our established, growing practice. This 100% outpatient position offers flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time) and minimal call responsibilities within a large call group.
You will practice autonomously within a leading health system, supported by an integrated multi-specialty network and EPIC electronic medical records.
