Job description
Job Overview: Seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a well-established primary care team in Northwest Indiana, near Chicago. This outpatient-only role offers a balance of independence, high patient engagement, and community integration within a supportive clinical infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Collaborate within a high-performing team with strong community ties
Provide outpatient care with onsite specialists and in-house lab services
Maintain a flexible schedule, typically a 4-day workweek with 36 clinical hours
Foster autonomy and teamwork in a patient-centered environment
Qualifications & Skills
Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in family or internal medicine preferred
Commitment to community-oriented care
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary with bonuses averaging $10,000–$25,000 annually, with realistic earnings over $300,000
