Job description
Health by Design in San Antonio, TX, is seeking a Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join a value-based practice focused on meaningful patient relationships and collaborative care. Provide comprehensive primary care within an interdisciplinary team and develop personalized treatment plans to improve long-term health outcomes.
Expect 30-60 minute visits, time to educate patients, and a schedule designed for prevention and wellness.
