Job description
Provide full-scope primary care in a community health setting with an established patient panel, integrated behavioral health, and full clinical support. FQHC partners offer NHSC loan repayment eligibility.
What we’re looking for:
Active CA MD/DO license, board certified/eligible in Family Medicine
Comfortable managing a full adult/family panel
EMR proficiency; team-based care mindset
