Role Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive medical care to individuals and families, encompassing all age groups from children to the elderly.
Provide proactive management of chronic diseases, preventive care services, acute health issues, and mental health support with a patient-centered methodology.
Conduct thorough physical examinations, interpret lab results, and create tailored treatment plans.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including care coordinators and mental health professionals to ensure integrated healthcare delivery.

Document patient care accurately through electronic medical records (EMR) to ensure seamless continuity of care.

Education Requirements
MD or DO from a recognized medical institution.
Completed a residency programme in Family Medicine accredited by the relevant authorities.
Certifications
Board Certification in Family Medicine is a must.
Active California medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
Skills and Experience
Possess strong clinical assessment capabilities and a focus on preventive care.
