Job description
Chapa-De is a non-profit community outpatient health center serving American Indians and underserved populations in Northern California. You will provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care in an outpatient setting with strong team collaboration.
This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, no nights or weekend clinics, a manageable patient panel, dedicated Medical Assistant support, and a mission-driven culture with good work-life balance.
