Family Medicine Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 Pay Rate: $139.68 - $151.20
This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician forlocum tenens support as they look to fill acurrent need; Santa Clara County or Alameda County areas available.
Details & requirements for this opportunity:
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8a-5p, FT. One Saturday a month is required.
Patients per day: 21
Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic
Scope: Standard Primary Care
State Licensure: California Medical License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by American Heart Association (AHA)
Responsibility for Mid-Levels: Yes
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days or less
