Family Medicine Physician
Compensation: $220k - $275k / yearJob Type: Full-time
Location: Wichita, KS

We are seeking a mission-driven Family Medicine Physician to join a premier, integrated care team. This role is based within a highly regarded Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) where you will deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care in a collaborative environment alongside behavioral health providers, nurses, and dedicated care coordinators.

Responsibilities
Provide direct outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages
Collaborate with behavioral health and nursing teams in an integrated care model
Use evidence-based protocols to manage acute and chronic conditions
Foster long-term relationships with patients and support lifestyle changes
Participate in quality improvement and risk management activities
Document care using our electronic health record system
Requirements
Active license in Kansas (or eligible)
Commitment to providing care to patients of all ages and backgrounds
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
