Job description
Fairview Housing seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver medical care, health assessments, and medication management across its Lifestyle Recovery Programs in Southwest Virginia. You will collaborate with a treatment team to support recovery‑oriented care and ensure compliance with Virginia licensing and ASAM standards.
You will provide MOUD/MAT and psychotropic management, coordinate with hospitals and primary care, and maintain timely documentation in the EHR.
