Job description
Fast Pace Health is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality care in clinic and telehealth settings in Falls of Rough, KY. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and coordinate with supervising physicians to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
Requirements include an MSN, active NP license, and DEA; 1–2+ years in urgent care or family practice is preferred. Relocation assistance up to $4,000 is provided, with a comprehensive benefits package.
