We are currently working with UConn Health at their UConn Health Community Health Medical Clinic in Canton, CT. They are seeking some ongoing Primary Care Locum coverage starting ASAP. Primary Care:
• Seeking ongoing coverage starting ASAP (until perm found)
• Monday Friday
• Hours: 8a-5p
• No weekends or Holidays
• Patient Load: 20 Patients per day
• Scope of practice: 20 min sick visits, follow ups, annual physicals, well child, low peds
• Potential Locums to Perm
• Must be Board Certified
• Must have active CT State license and DEA
• EMR: EPIC
