Family Medicine Physician
Bay Area, California (San Francisco Berkeley Salinas)
Position Highlights
Work-Life Balance: Outpatient-only primary care with 36 clinical hours per week and flexible scheduling, including potential 4 10s.
Physician-Led Practice: Join an established, physician-led medical group with well-supported outpatient clinics.

Manageable Patient Volumes: Average of 16-18 patients per day, allowing time for meaningful patient relationships.
Favorable Call Schedule: No inpatient responsibilities and minimal to no call.

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Earnings: $350,000+ earning potential with strong production and quality-based incentives.
Guaranteed Income: $300,000 guaranteed in Year 1.

Qualifications
Medical Degree: MD or DO
Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Licensure: Active or Eligible for California medical licensure
Skillset: Outpatient primary care
Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
Visa Support: No visa sponsorship available
