APTIM is seeking a hands-on Federal Capture Manager to own high-priority environmental remediation pursuits from qualification through award. This role leads cross-functional teams, shapes capture strategies, and guides opportunities before and after solicitations.
The position focuses on CERCLA/RCRA programs and MATOC/SATOC opportunities for federal clients, with travel as needed. Experienced leaders may advance to broader federal business development.
