Job description
Johnson Controls seeks a Project Specialist (Assistant PM) to support HVAC maintenance and BAS projects at Fort Belvoir, VA. You will assist with planning, documentation, submittals, and subcontractor coordination, ensuring compliance with contracts and base security.
You will lead project activities under the Senior PM, help forecast revenue and costs, and drive timely closeout with a focus on quality and safety. A PMP and security eligibility are preferred.
