Female Spa Attendant, Kohler Waters Spa

nSPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
nnnSupporting the cleanliness and maintenance of the Kohler Waters Spa facility and equipment
n
nnAttending to the Reception Desk located in the lower level to accommodate client check-in for sandals, robes and lockers
n
nnGathering used linens from treatment rooms and assemble for pick-up by The American
n
nnClub laundry staff; distribute clean linens to designated storage areas and/or treatment rooms
n
nnMaintaining neatness and order around the Spa Relaxation Pool lounge area
n
nnAssisting Group Coordinator with setup tasks involving special group requirements
n
nnConsistently maintaining cleanliness of desk, reception area, retail centers, and flooring
n
nnBeing responsible for knowing and performing proper opening/closing procedures
n
nnAssisting spa technicians with locating guests, giving messages or communicating guest's needs
n
nnMaintaining a high level of customer service for all spa guests
n
n nThis is a part time position, working weekdays & weekends. Shifts vary between 6:15 am - 9:30 pm.
nSkills/Requirements
nnnMust be 16 years or older to apply
n
nnPrior computer experience helpful
n
nnCustomer service related experience required
n
n nApplicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
nThe hourly range for this position is $10.70 - $16.00. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including candidate's education and work location.
