Job description
Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking an Independent Living Specialist to work with SMI clients in their homes or in the field, helping them build independent living skills such as budgeting, transportation, hygiene, and community supports.
The role is field‑based about 80% of the time, with after‑hours and on‑call supports. A high school diploma or GED is required; an associate degree or higher is preferred, plus relevant recovery and outreach experience.
