nAs a Finance Advisor - FP&A Operations , you will support business performance through financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and operational analysis. You will partner with functional leaders to provide financial guidance, evaluate business performance, and drive initiatives that improve profitability and cash generation across the organization.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to provide actionable insights, manage financial planning cycles, and lead projects that enhance organizational performance.
nAs a Finance Advisor - FP&A Operations, you will be responsible for:
nnnManaging the business cycle, including 3-year plans, annual budgets, and forecasts across various levels of the organization.
n
nnDefining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure performance across business & product line, Research & Development (R&D), Engineering, Supply Chain, Commissioning, and other business functions.
n
nnAnalyzing business performance and recommending action plans to improve profitability, cash generation, and operational effectiveness.
n
nnIdentifying performance gaps and supporting the development of corrective action plans where necessary.
n
nnProviding financial advice and guidance to functional management and business leaders regarding approaches, projects, programs, and operational improvements.
n
nnPartnering with business functions to evaluate opportunities, risks, and performance drivers that impact organizational goals.
n
nnCommunicating with business stakeholders regarding financial approaches, methodologies, and solutions for complex business challenges.
n
nnLeading the design and implementation of finance-related projects and initiatives.
n
nnManaging projects that may span one to two years and contribute to long-term business outcomes.
n
nnSupporting continuous improvement initiatives that enhance financial planning, reporting, and business performance processes.
n
n nTo be successful in this role, you will:
nnnHave a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
n
nnHave a minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Operations.
n
nnDemonstrate strong financial analysis and business planning capabilities.
n
nnPossess the ability to evaluate business performance and develop actionable recommendations.
n
nnDemonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
n
nnHave the ability to work effectively across multiple functions and organizational levels.
n
nnPossess strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
