Job description
Crunch is seeking a Fitness Director in our New York club to maximize participation in paid Personal Training services and exceed client acquisition and retention goals. You will lead the front-end sales process, guide personal trainers, and own the member journey from kickoff through program delivery.
You will hire, train, and coach a team of Personal Trainers, ensure adherence to standards, and drive overall performance with KPI-driven decision making in a salaried exempt role.
