Job description
Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is recruiting married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, guidance, supervision and a family-like environment for 8-13 students.
Initial nine days on duty followed by three days off, with transition to a placed home living with the same students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, scheduling, medications, transportation, and engagement in devotional activities.
