Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare Advantage members. This PRN role lets you work autonomously, set your own schedule with an 8-day monthly minimum, and perform comprehensive health evaluations in patients' homes.
Duties include reviewing medical history, medications, lifestyle, conducting physical and mental health checks, and traveling within your county and nearby areas.
