Floor TechnicianGDI provides best in class integrated, high level, facility maintenance services to The United States and Canada. With almost a century of facility service experience, state of the art business practices, environmentally friendly processes and supplies and an established global reputation, we are able to offer unrivaled client experience and satisfaction.Shifts: Monday to Friday (5pm-9pm)Floor Technicians Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:Strip, seal, wax, and polish floors as needed.Cleaning of a commercial building.Cleaning restrooms, break-rooms, dusting and trash removal.Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.Requirements:Operate floor cleaning equipment including buffers and scrubbersExperience with cleaning commercial buildings a plus, but not required.Must have the ability to work with other crew members.Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions.Must have reliable transportation.Steel toed shoes required when applicable.Ability to work in hot conditions.Equal Opportunity Employer:GDI, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and takes pride in maintaining a diverse environment.
