Flooring Installer/CarpenterAt ServiceMaster Restoration of Wilmington, we specialize in restoring homes and properties with skill, craftsmanship, and care. Our company is based on helping customers during natural disasters and unfortunate events. We're looking for an experienced Flooring Installer/Carpenter to join our restoration team and help bring damaged spaces back to life. The ideal candidate is a skilled flooring installer/carpenter with strong experience in laying carpet, LVT, hardwood, and vinyl sheet goods. Experience in drywall, trim, and painting is a plus. You'll play a key role in completing restoration and remodeling projects efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Additional skills in other trades are a plus.Responsibilities:Installing floor coverings primarilyInstall and repair drywall, trim, baseboards, and other interior finishesConduct painting and touch-up work to ensure a clean, finished appearanceMaintain job site safety, cleanliness, and organizationWork closely with team members and project managers to meet project deadlinesRequirements:Proven carpentry experience — must be skilled floor coverings installationMust supply your own toolsValid driver's license and clean driving record requiredStrong attention to detail and craftsmanshipAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem solving and customer service skills.Ability to prioritize activities and meet deadlines.Why Join Us:At ServiceMaster Restoration of Wilmington, you'll be part of a respected restoration company backed by a trusted national brand.
