Job description
Vertex Service Partners, a home improvement and exterior services company, seeks a Florida Regional Director of Sales Enablement to lead training and coaching for Florida reps. You will co-lead VSU bootcamps, mentor sales managers, and align curriculum with regional growth goals.
Travel within Florida is required; you will influence training strategy and leverage AI and LMS tools to raise performance and outcomes across markets.
