Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPeopleReady of Charlotte, NC is now hiring Temp to Perm Foam Padding Assemblers in Lincolnton, NC!
We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to help assemble sports equipment. This hands-on position involves inserting and positioning foam materials into sports equipment components, performing repetitive assembly tasks, and ensuring products meet quality standards.
No specialized foam assembly experience required. Candidates should be comfortable performing repetitive hand movements, standing or sitting for extended periods, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $18 - $18 / hour*
What you'll be doing as a Foam Padding Assembler:
Perform one or more repetitive tasks as part of an assembly or sub-assembly process
Use hands to push foam into designated sports equipment to meet production requirements
Ensure foam is properly positioned within sports equipment components during assembly
Maintain consistent quality and accuracy while performing repetitive assembly operations
Available shifts:
Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)
Job requirements:
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
Must be able to stand, lift, and site for periods of time
Will be required to push foam with hands only while stuffing materials
Lift 50 lbs and has some strength
Background check and drug test requied
