Job description
DSJ Global is seeking an experienced Plant Manager for a fast-paced food manufacturing and packaging operation. You will lead daily plant activities across production, packaging, fulfillment, and shipping to ensure on-time delivery.
The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in plant leadership within food or regulated environments, with a strong track record of improving throughput, productivity, and labor efficiency while managing costs, and ensuring GMP/HACCP/FDA compliance.
