Job description
Summit is seeking a motivated food service director to oversee a full service department onsite in Gerald (Tex) Fox, leading a team of food service workers and ensuring meals are served reliably.
You will manage staff, hire and train, uphold culinary, safety, and sanitation standards, and handle budgeting including ingredient purchasing. This role is non-exempt and paid hourly with a comprehensive benefits package.
