Our client is a specialty contractor that focuses on masonry, concrete and waterproofing restoration projects. They are looking for someone who is savvy and is very organized.Job Requirements:Maintains highest quality on-site customer relationsSupervises, directs, and coordinates the scheduling and execution of projects in assigned areasManages field personnelManages company equipmentWalks job sitesReports back on the daily progress of the project5 years of experience as Foreman in the commercial masonry, concrete restoration or waterproofing industryOrganized and detailedPay range $65,000-80,000 plus health benefits.
