Job description
JETSET Pilates is launching a new studio and seeks a Founding General Manager to lead from ground up. You will recruit and develop the initial team, drive community engagement, and establish operational excellence for a successful studio opening.
After launch, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, grow memberships, and maintain an outstanding client experience while guiding the team and building systems for long-term growth.
