Job - Front Counter Team Member
Marble Falls, TX
We are looking for hospitality professionals to join our Front of House team. As a front of house team member, duties would include but are not limited to working as a cashier, taking orders inside and outside in drive-thru, working the window, cleaning, stocking, and generally creating remarkable experiences with guests. A heart for the mission of creating meaningful relationships in the Highland Lakes Community is the vision!
Requirements
Create Meaningful Relationships
Exceptional customer service and communications skills
Desire for personal growth and learning new things
A willingness and ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
Cash handling functions and operating a POS register
Assisting guests with taking their orders, fulfilling drink orders and delivering meals to their tables
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Ensures customers are waited on quickly, efficiently and in a pleasant manner
Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as presenting professional conduct and appearance at all times
Adhering to company policies and procedures
