About The Front Desk Representative PositionWe are seeking a motivated and friendly Front Desk Representative to join our team. From greeting clients to answering phone calls, you'll be one of the first staff members our customers interact with, so strong customer service skills are a necessity.If you're interested in working as a Front Desk Representative for us, read on to see what we're looking for.Front Desk Representative ResponsibilitiesGreet all guests, assisting them with their visitAddress all client queries and concernsAnswer all phone calls, redirecting calls to the proper party as neededManage incoming and outgoing mail, including packagesMonitor office supply inventory and order supplies, including special requests from staffKeep a neat and tidy front desk areaCheck, sort, and forward general inbound emailsProvide additional administrative support as needed, including file management and making travel arrangements for executivesFront Desk Representative RequirementsPrevious experience in a Front Desk Representative or similar role preferredHigh school diplomaProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to use office equipment, including printers, fax machines and scannersSuperb multitasking and organizational skillsGreat problem-solving skillsA friendly, customer service-oriented personalityFantastic communication skills
