We are seeking a dependable, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our overnight team. As our Night Shift Front Desk Receptionist, you'll provide a warm, welcoming presence while helping ensure the safety, security, and comfort of our residents and community. Whether answering a resident's question, greeting a late-night visitor, or responding to an overnight need, you'll play an important role in creating peace of mind for everyone who calls Touchmark home. Welcome residents, families, guests, and vendors with professionalism and hospitality
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously
Respond to resident questions and coordinate service requests
Monitor emergency call systems and respond appropriately
Perform overnight security rounds, perimeter door checks, and monitor building access
Assist with mail, packages, and other overnight administrative duties
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
Support residents and team members while helping ensure a safe and secure community throughout the overnight hoursWhat We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
Receptionist, hospitality, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Professional, friendly, and dependable demeanor
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment
