Job description
Level99 is seeking a Front-of-House Supervisor in Natick, MA to support the restaurant leadership team and maintain excellent guest service. You will be on the floor, building guest relationships, ensuring service standards, and training staff.
Responsibilities include leading shifts, managing logs, controlling labor costs, cash handling, and beverage knowledge. A high school diploma and hospitality experience are preferred; flexible schedule required.
