Job description
Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, invites couples to join as Full-time Flex Houseparents, living in on-campus student homes and guiding 8–13 students daily. You will supervise routines, meals, activities, and devotions, while promoting safety and well-being in a structured, family-like environment.
The role begins with nine days on duty, followed by three days off, and a path to a Placed Houseparent position.
