nStore - BALT-WHITEMARSH, MD
nThe Merchandise Manager drives merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards. This role ensures accurate pricing, timely promotional execution, and a customer-ready store environment through strong workload planning and inventory management.
nMajor Activities
nnnAssist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
n
nnEnsure execution of Company policies and standards, holding team accountable for store conditions and results.
n
nnProvide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage, maintaining floor leadership, service standards, and operational continuity.
n
nnLead truck execution processes, ensuring timely unloading, accurate sorting, and efficient flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
n
nnOwn workload planning and daily task prioritization, partnering with store leadership to align staffing and execution to business needs.
n
nnExecute and maintain SISO (Store-In-Stock Optimization) routines to drive in-stock levels, replenishment accuracy, and sales readiness.
n
nnOversee Planogram (POG) execution, ensuring merchandising sets are completed accurately and on schedule.
n
nnEstablish and maintain visual merchandising standards, including initial product placement and presentation to company expectations.
n
nnSupport a clean, organized, and customer-ready store environment, including backroom organization and sales floor recovery.
n
nnManage key aspects of inventory control, ensuring product accuracy, integrity, and efficient stock movement.
n
nnExecute ad sets, ensuring promotional signage and product placement are compliant and customer focused.
n
nnComplete price changes accurately and on time, maintaining pricing integrity across the sales floor and systems.
n
nnOversee Ship from Store fulfillment, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped efficiently and accurately.
n
nnProcess RTVs (Return to Vendor) and ASN receiving, ensuring compliance, documentation accuracy, and proper inventory adjustments.
n
nnManage store damages procedures, ensuring proper handling, reporting, and shrink reduction
n
nnTrain, coach, and develop team members through structured TM onboarding and ongoing skill-building across assigned departments.
n
nnPartner in maintaining strong Asset Protection practices, reducing shrink through awareness, compliance, and safe operations.
n

nMinimum Type of Experience Required

nnnAbility to remain standing for long periods of time

nnAbility to move throughout the store

nnRegular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching

nnAbility to lift, carry, push, and pull merchandise and fixtures, up to 25-50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

nnAbility to climb ladders or step stools to stock and retrieve products.
n
nnAbility to perform repetitive motions, including scanning items, stocking shelves, and operating POS equipment.
n
nnAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions.

nnWork hours include nights, weekends and early mornings
n
n nApplicants in the U.S. must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements of the job.
nTotal Base Pay Range for this Position:
n$16.00 - $22.20
nThis position may be eligible for overtime compensation in accordance with state and local laws.
