Night Shift Custodian-OnsiteLocation: Glendale, AZ - MCCCD - Glendale Community College - 6000 W. Olive Avenue, Glendale AZ 85302Duration: 1 year + Tentative start date: April 15, 2024Rate: $18/hr on W2Interviews: Interviews will be in person. The resource MUST be able to clear a 7 year Package A background, and sign a non-disclosure agreement. This posting will be closed on 4/11/2024 @ 3:00pm.Local Only Candidates - Resumes must specify the current location of the candidate, all those who do not state current location will not be considered. Candidates must be local at time of submission, and available for in person interviews within 1 week of the posting close date. Candidates must also be able to start within 2 weeks of an offer being made.Performs Routine And Special Cleaning Of Facilities And Buildings To Ensure They Are Clean, Sanitary And In Orderly Condition.Sweeps, mops, waxes and vacuums floors/carpetsDusts, polishes and waxes furnitureCleans restrooms, locker rooms and equipmentInspects and performs minor repairs on equipment, furniture and fixturesEmpties trashMoves furniture and equipmentPrepares, paints, strips and/or resurfaces various surfacesWashes and cleans walls, windows and ventsInspects and maintains facilities during vacation periodsPerforms assigned tasks in response to requests and complaintsAdheres to applicable policies and proceduresKeeps assigned tools and/or equipment in clean and safe working conditionPerforms other duties as assignedCompensation: $18.00 per hour
