Gastroenterology OpportunityBrainerd, MinnesotaFull timeAn integrated health system in Brainerd, Minnesota is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to join a growing multi-specialty physician group serving a large regional population.Practice Overview• Join an established team of 1 Gastroenterologist and 2 Advanced Practice Providers• Practice mix: 70% Endoscopy 20% Clinic 10% Inpatient care • Internal Medicine hospitalist service manages admissions • Call schedule: approximately 1 weekend per month and 1 night per week • Opportunity to focus on "bread and butter" gastroenterology procedures • No buy-in, no malpractice expenses, no overhead, and no seniority restrictionsSystem Overview• 165-bed hospital• Multi-specialty physician group with more than 100 physicians• 25 medical specialties represented• Care provided across multiple regional clinic locationsCandidate Requirements• Board Certified or Board Eligible in GastroenterologyCompensation• $715,000 greater of salary or production floor• Additional earning opportunities through bonuses, quality incentives, and productivity-based compensationCommunity - Brainerd, MinnesotaBrainerd is located in central Minnesota, approximately 125 miles north of Minneapolis-St. Paul, in the scenic Brainerd Lakes Area.• Regional population: approximately 115,000• Brainerd Lakes Area population: approximately 65,000• Over 465 lakes offering boating, swimming, and fishing• Extensive trails for biking, hiking, snowmobiling, and ATV riding• Award-winning golf courses with more than 500 holes of golf in the region• Excellent schools ranked among the top in the nation• Active arts, theater, and community festival scene• Regional airport with twice-daily flights to Minneapolis-St. PaulThis opportunity offers a high earning potential, supportive practice structure, and the chance to live in one of Minnesota's premier outdoor recreation communities.
