This position is stationed at the gatehouse and is responsible for monitoring access, assisting residents and guests, and maintaining a professional security presence.RequirementsPrior security experience preferredValid Florida Security D License requiredProfessional appearance and strong communication skillsReliable attendance and punctualityAbility to remain attentive while working independentlyStrong customer service skills and a professional demeanorResponsibilitiesStaff the community gatehouse and monitor incoming and outgoing trafficVerify access for residents, guests, vendors, and other authorized visitorsFollow community access and security proceduresMonitor and report suspicious or unusual activityMaintain accurate logs and required documentationProvide professional and courteous assistance to residents and guestsRespond appropriately to security concerns and incidentsFollow all company and client policies and proceduresSchedule: Saturday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PMPay: $19.05/hourLocation: Punta Gorda, FloridaFL #B Education Requirements (All)GED or H.S.
