The Mason City Clinic (MCC) in Mason City, Iowa has an excellent opportunity for a BC/BEnon-invasive General Cardiologist to join the Cardiology department. The Mason City Clinic is a multi-specialty physician-owned group.
Opportunity Highlights
Join the busy practice of10 physicians,10 fellows, and 7 NPs
1:6 call rotationwith opportunity for excess call +$500 per diem & fellows taking 1st call
Practice includes inpatient, outpatient, anddiagnosticservices
Full range ofcardiologyservices, including non-invasive, invasive, interventional, & EP working together with cardiac surgery & vascular surgery services. Transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE) and cardioversions required
Training opportunity with Cardiology fellowship program Cardiology Fellowship includes 3 residents/year and an interventional Cardiology Fellowship, accepting 1 per year
Opportunities for outreach at one of our 10 critical access hospitals in our 14-county network
Primary Service Area- ~260,000 people

Package Details
Competitive guaranteed base salary: $599,804/year + production (2-year guaranteed base)
$100,000 bonus package!
Full benefits package, including paid malpractice, CME, relocation reimbursement, PTO, health, dental, vision, life insurance, HSA, disability, generous employer retirement contribution, etc.

Qualifications
BC/BE- Must be board certified within 3 years of becoming eligible
H1B & J1 candidates encouraged to apply
Alloffers are contingent upon the successful completion of references, background check, pre-employmentphysical and drug screen.
Graduate of a medical/osteopathic medical school isrequired.
Demonstrated competency as a physician by completion of an appropriate residencyprogram
Must be able to obtain Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa medical staff privileges.
Above average communication skills.
Ability to work with a team.
Licensed or eligible for State of Iowa physician license; Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate.
