Our client is seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and personable Associate Dentist to join their established family practice in Addison, NY. We are looking for an exceptional candidate that prioritizes patient care to drive practice growth. Our ideal candidate has a compassionate and confident chairside manner as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation for Full-Time Providers
Strong minimum guarantee and % of collections

Qualifications and Skills
Highly proficient in aspects of general dentistry, cosmetic, and restorative
Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients
GPR or AEGD preferred
Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve
Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships with patients
