Associate Dentist Fort Drum, New York ICON Medical Network is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist for a temp-to-permanent opportunity in Fort Drum, New York. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys comprehensive general dentistry and is interested in joining a smaller, team-oriented practice.
Position Details Location: Fort Drum, New York
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Providers are asked to arrive 15 minutes early for the morning team huddle.
Practice Size: Four-chair dental office
Position Type: Temp-to-permanent
Potential locum tenens coverage may be available beginning in November if a permanent provider has not been secured.
Clinical Responsibilities Provide bread-and-butter general dentistry
Perform comprehensive exams and develop treatment plans
Deliver restorative and preventive dental care
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure an efficient daily workflow
Root canal therapy and extractions are highly preferred but not required
Providers with a broad clinical skill set are strongly encouraged to apply
Ideal Candidate DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
Active New York dental license or ability to obtain one
Comfortable practicing in a four-chair office
Confident providing general and restorative dentistry
Root canal and extraction experience is a plus
Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented
Interested in transitioning into a permanent position
