Job description
General Labor – Food ManufacturingBridor is hiring for several production-support positions at our industrial bakery manufacturing facility in Vineland, New Jersey. Starting pay varies by position and ranges from $18.82 to $19.73 per hour. To be considered, applicants must have relevant experience or qualifications that align with at least one of the following areas: Packing, Quality Control/MiniTabs, Sanitation, Palletizing, De-boxing or production material handling. Applicants will be considered for the position that most closely matches their experience and qualifications.Available positions include Packers, Quality Control Techs (MiniTabs), Sanitation, Palletizers, and De-boxers.These positions work three 12-hour shifts per week on a fixed day or night schedule.Day ShiftMonday–Wednesday: 4:45 AM–5:00 PMThursday–Saturday: 4:45 AM–5:00 PMNight ShiftMonday–Wednesday: 4:45 PM–5:00 AMThursday–Saturday: 4:45 PM–5:00 AMCandidates must be available to work the full assigned schedule. The specific shift and workdays will depend on the position and current openings.Responsibilities will vary by position and may include packing and inspecting finished bakery products, monitoring products for quality, weight, labeling, and packaging accuracy, recording quality information using MiniTabs or production documentation, stacking and preparing finished products for storage or shipment, removing products or materials from boxes for production use, cleaning and sanitizing production equipment and work areas, following food safety, GMP, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures, keeping assigned areas clean, organized, and production-ready, reporting product, equipment, quality, or safety concerns to a supervisor, and supporting production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Applicants must meet the requirements for at least one of the available work areas: Packing or packaging experience in a manufacturing or production environment, Quality control, product inspection, documentation, or MiniTabs experience, Industrial or food-manufacturing sanitation experience, Palletizing, warehouse, or finished-product handling experience, De-boxing, material handling, or production-line support experience.
