Job Full Description
Express Employment is seeking a General Labor Handyman for a great company in Simpsonville. This person will be responsible for janitorial duties and reporting to the HSE.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping and polishing floors and surfaces
Collect and dispose of trash and recycling, maintaining proper waste management
Conduct minor maintenance and repairs, such as replacing light bulbs, painting, general construction duties
Ensure building security by locking and unlocking doors and monitoring facility access
Maintain janitorial supplies and equipment, ensuring proper storage and inventory management
Follow safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
Skills and Qualifications
Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, janitorial equipment, and minor maintenance procedures such as painting, assembling, and handyman activities
Physical stamina to lift supplies, move equipment, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks
Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
