Job Overview
The General Manager (GM) leads a profitable restaurant, ensuring high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The GM collaborates with corporate leadership to set goals and develop plans to achieve them.
Responsibilities
Run day‑to‑day operations and maintain high customer service standards.
Set and achieve restaurant goals in partnership with corporate leadership.
Lead a team of Department Managers, coaching them to set and meet departmental goals.
Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build an effective leadership team.
Maintain financial responsibility for the restaurant.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of General Manager experience in high‑volume quick‑service restaurants.
Background in hospitality or retail is strongly desired.
Must be 18 years or older.
