Job description
Jersey Mike’s Subs is seeking General Managers to oversee all aspects of a store operation.
Responsibilities
Manage store sales.
Control volume.
Maintain quality of service.
Ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve profit margin goals.
Create employee schedules.
Place inventory orders.
Lead employee training.
Lead by example.
Participate in management team meetings and strategy sessions.
Delegate specific tasks appropriately while remaining ultimately responsible.
Qualifications
High school degree or equivalent.
At least 2 years QSR experience preferred.
Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
Serve Safe certification – Food Handler.
Reliable transportation.
