Job description
Capstone Restaurant Group is hiring a General Manager to lead day-to-day restaurant operations with a strong focus on hospitality, people development, and integrity. You will supervise managers and team members, drive sales, control costs, and ensure compliance with policies and standards across all shifts.
The role requires 3–5 years of restaurant management experience in quick service, with solid budgeting and P&L capabilities.
