Job description
McDonald's operates this restaurant through an independent franchisee, not McDonald's USA. The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable operation that meets McDonald's customer standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness, and for setting goals with the leadership team.
Ideal candidates have General Manager experience in high-volume quick service, with strong coaching and development skills, and the ability to hire and grow Department and Shift Managers to lead into the future.
